I recently stayed at Hotel Club MMV Les Mélèzes for a fantastic week during the New Year celebrations. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making the holiday special for all guests. The location of the hotel is outstanding, with stunning views of Montblanc and Aiguille Rouge. The ski-to-door possibilities were convenient, allowing for easy access to the slopes. The buffet meals, especially during breakfast and dinner, were exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel also provided great catering for children and had a range of activities to keep them entertained. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

I had always wanted to visit Rodeo Luge, so I chose Club Mmv solely for its location. However, the check-in process surprised me with its efficiency. The staff was friendly and quick, making it a hassle-free experience.

Not being ski-in ski-out was a minor inconvenience. Approaching the hotel by car or on foot was not the most convenient, and the access to the ski room and baggage room was only possible by stairs.

The spa and wellness center is a true sanctuary, offering a range of treatments and facilities like a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. There are also fun activities available, such as karaoke and a game room. The sun terrace is a perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. this place offers a luxurious and enjoyable experience.

The food was good and the entertainment staff tried their best. In terms of location, it was close to some activities.

The ski rental room and boot room were too small and cramped. the hotel lacked basic training for the staff, who were unhelpful and rude.

Great value for money and perfect for families! The full board meals were delicious with an excellent balance between buffet and served meals. The separate kiddie buffet is a great feature that ensures quick and efficient service. The slope-side terrace is a clear winner, with amazing views of the surrounding slopes and mountain range. The location is unbeatable, only a short distance from the main lift and other ski-related amenities.

The rooms were quite small and outdated, with poor soundproofing from neighbouring rooms. The lack of drying facilities for ski clothes was also a letdown.
